If we want a leaner body, we need to TAKE ACTION!
This starts with knowing how to think (e.g. mindsets) & how to act (training & nutrition etc).
After that, it’s really all about taking action consistently.
Sounds simple enough right?
And it is.
However, it’s not always easy!
See… with so many different ways to get lean, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and confused…
…plus with so many hurdles along the way, it’s often very tempting to quit.
I should know, I used to get that person.
The person who would start training at the beginning of the year, feeling all excited about my new fitness goals…
And then, just a few months (or even weeks) in, I would have quit!
Yoyo-ing up and down, never truly happy with my results.
But then one day, I made the investment in getting educated and taking ACTION consistently over time.
I sought out help and made a commitment.
This led me to go from being over weight, unhealthy and hating how I looked in the mirror and in photos…
To being lean, healthy and happy with how I look, as I get older.
My life has totally changed for the better since!
I’ve gone on to inspire countless people from all walks of life and all around the world to start their own journey of getting lean.
